Procedure and Tenure

Procedure

The Committee will gather for a minimum of two meetings per session. To facilitate optimal participation, members will be notified in advance of each meeting. Following each session, the Committee will take decisive action to execute the discussed agenda points.

Tenure

The Student Grievance Redressal Committee's term will be two years. To ensure effective operation, the Committee will convene at least twice per academic session.

Grievance Submission Process

  • Submit written grievances to the Committee office
  • Use the suggestion boxes placed at strategic locations in the college
  • Email grievances to the designated Committee email address
  • Schedule a confidential meeting with a Committee member
  • Submit anonymously if preferred (for sensitive matters)
