Women Grievance Redressal Committee

The Women's Grievance Redressal Committee, established under the provisions of Act No. 20 of 1990 by the Government of India under the leadership of Principal Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Tyagi, serves as a champion for gender equality and justice within the College community. The Committee is dedicated to addressing concerns raised by female students, faculty, and staff.

The Committee provides a safe and supportive space for women to voice their grievances and offers a platform for impartial investigation and resolution. Beyond grievance redressal, the Committee promotes a healthy and secure environment for all, including initiatives to instill good hygiene practices within the College community.

The College fosters a culture of open communication by encouraging students to freely express their concerns and suggestions, without fear of reprisal. The committee follows a structured approach to address grievances effectively.

1

Anonymous suggestion boxes are strategically placed throughout the College to facilitate easy submission of concerns.

2

Upon receiving a grievance, Committee members carefully review it with the Chair, seeking an appropriate resolution.

3

If a solution cannot be reached at the Committee level, the matter is escalated to the Principal and legal counsel for further action.

4

In certain cases, the complainant may be invited to participate in the grievance resolution process.
